Camp-In Fees
Campers (Grades 1-5) ............................$30 per person Chaperones*...........................................$25 per person (must be 21 years old) *one adult chaperone for each 6 campers Camp-In Coordinator................................Free What is Included? • Pizza Dinner – Snack - Breakfast • Movie in the Lockheed Martin DynaTheater or Planetarium Show • Camp-In Patch • 5 Hands-on Activities of your choice • APS Teachers on staff Arrival & Departure • Make sure to arrive at the Museum no later than 4:30 PM • Bring all completed forms necessary for the camp-in: List of all campers and adults attending the camp-in Signed Agreement, Waiver and Release form for each camper and adult Signed Emergency Information form for each camper and adult • Park your bus or individual vehicles in the Museum parking lots • Your camp-in officially ends at 7 AM the following morning. All campers and adults must have their belongings out of the Museum by this time • The NatureWorks gift shop will be open at 7 AM for out of town groups How to Participate • Choose your Camp-In date* by contacting: Lita Sandoval, Hospitality Manager, (505) 841-2815 or Lita@naturalhistoryfoundation.org *Note: Camp-Ins are held Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays: September through May. Minimum Group Size - 60 • Send in the $200 non-refundable deposit to reserve your date along with your signed contract • Choose your 5 Activities: Dinosaur Jurassic Cretaceous New Mexico Natural History Naturalist Center Volcanoes Grasslands Ice Age Astronomy & Science STARTUP: Albuquerque & the Personal Computer Revolution Mars Rover Solar System Planetarium Show (additional $5 per person) |
