On March 6, 2021, STEAM Punk: A Virtual Chocolate Fantasy delighted guests with a virtual experience like none other! The event included an extraordinary online auction, exquisite chocolates, and behind-the-scenes footage of chocolatiers building their amazing sculptures via our YouTube presentation. Educational lectures with experts featuring their knowledge and talents were also featured via Zoom.
The Chocolatiers were the stars of the evening!
Magnificent chocolate creations by some of New Mexico's finest chefs highlighted the evening in the Chocolate Invitational Competition. Supporters were invited to see the magnificent chocolate sculpture creations on display at the New Mexico Museum of Natural History & Science in a safe and social distance setting.
