We've made some changes to how our membership program works for you—our members.
These vital shifts are intended to strengthen and modernize the membership experience from the inside out. That means clearer membership options, updated pricing & discounts, refreshed terms & conditions, and a new digital membership card system designed to make your museum easier to access than ever before. Here are some of the important changes:

DIGITAL CARDS ARE NOW THE STANDARD
This is the biggest new change—and the most exciting! Members can now access their membership cards digitally on their smartphones. Digital cards make it easier to keep your membership with you, check your expiration date, view benefits, and receive updated information without needing to carry a physical card.

REFINED TERMS & CONDITIONS
We’ve updated our membership terms and conditions to provide greater clarity around benefits, expiration dates, usage, guest access, renewals, discounts, and other important program details. These updates are designed to create a more transparent and consistent membership experience for everyone. We encourage all members to review the updated terms so they understand how membership benefits work under the new structure.

Membership pricing has been refreshed to better align with current program costs, member benefits, and the future needs of the Museum and Foundation.
